Vital for vintage flash photography.
Some flashguns aren't equipped with pc (pronto-synchur) sockets, and some older cameras aren't equipped with a hotshoe. In this situation the item featured here is invaluable, connecting to the hotshoe of the gun and to the lead plugged into the camera's pc socket. I have a small collection of vintage cameras and enjoy film photography on occasion, and this adapter means that I can add flash photography to my repertoire. It also means that I can add off-camera flash to all my cameras, and with a slave trigger, multiple flash, too!

Metres of functional extension and listening convenience.
I bought this to extend the remote control facility of my Nikon cameras, and I also use it late at night for listening to TV programmes. It's good for both and it works.

They are difficult to find in the shops, as it is not a common size. Used as a backup battery in some Nikon DSLRs, without one installed the time and date are not recorded with the photo information. This one was purchased for my Nikon camera and it works just fine. No complaints at all.
