This thing is super neat. It's a technology I've always been interested in and couldn't afford back in the 90s, but finally I got the opportunity to take the plunge and I am glad I did. The player looks fantastic, it plays well and has all the features I need in it. You can record, transfer mp3s if you want and even use an optical input on it. It's really convenient and I don't like using my phone for music. Streaming is something I see as...impure. It's too convenient in my opinion. I like waiting for things to transfer or a CD to burn. It makes you care more about what you're putting on that disc or tape. I'm very happy with this player and don't see it breaking down anytime soon. Good ole Sony making quality products!
