Good but could be better
Unfortunately. mine needed attention on arrival. One the plastic bearings had slipped out of place. Easy fix so not a problem. Other than that this item is well made and good value. One needs to get used to correct foot placement in order to get the best out of it. It feels sturdy, heavy and well made inside and out. The motor employed is very powerful for it's size and is effective. My only real gripe is that the rollers are too stiff. and lead to the unit moving when id use. This is because considerable pressure is required to operate the unit and because of the downward pressure required and the stiffness of the rollers you can end up pushing the unit away from you. Hopefully it will ear in with use!

It has a very short working range no where near the figure claimed!
