Lucid Dreams in 30 ... 3 days in, working so far
I have had a problem for years.. I call it night time Terretts Syndrome, Don't know if that is accurate, but you get the picture, I wake up screaming. I wanted to get a handle on my dreaming so my dear husband can sleep. I did yell last night, but it was the first time in 3 nights. I guess I may improve from reading this. Thanks. PS if anyone has ever heard of this, waking up (or not) and screaming in your sleep... write me if you have any ideas. thanks!b gina mikeandginaparks@yahoo.com
