Warm & Welcoming but not quite the truth.....

Best player on the market
I own both a Sony 800 and this Panasonic 820 - the Pana provides a more refined image and is quicker in use and can handle Dolby images / HDR with less fuss.
It only lacks SACD playback ( which is why I have the Sony) otherwise best on the market !
