The seller was responsive to messages and was very reasonable with the price. 4 out of 5 stars only because the set was said to be 100% complete but is actually missing a small exterior chunk not pictured in the listing.   I have bought many Lego sets online. I have never had one come shipped in paper. They are always shipped in a box to protect the set box from being damaged. I bought this set for my son who collects Lego. The actual Lego box was in poor condition due to not being shipped in a shipping box.

  I have sold many Lego sets on eBay. All were shipped on time and packaged with care. I can't control the carrier's handling of packages. I offer 30 day returns so if this customer is unhappy with the condition of the "box", it can be returned for a refund.
