Appalling Quality From The DeLonghi Brand
This is the poorest quality kettle we have ever purchased. Our first kettle lasted 13 months before the element went. We thought we would purchase another one to match the toaster. If you are prepared to waste your time returning faulty kettles until you get one of merchantable quality then fine. The first one rocked on the base so badly it moved around at boiling point. The replacement made the most horrendous cracking noises whilst boiling as if the plastic was going to explode.
We have given in and bought a Tower Linear kettle at half the price and twice the quality.
This kettle t £49.99 falls a long way short of the quality I have come to expect from DeLonghi.
