Great piece of equipment, solid construction! Will hold up over time!
I am seasoned lifter with 10 years in the game. Perfect for garage or small studio. Heavy duty. Will hold good amount of weight. Haven't tested the 1000lbs rating (500 per j hook) however takes 400 plus squats easy, and holds up with 500lbs rack pulls...I really love the versatility of this and with a small space it is perfect for my needs when working out at home. Can support trx work, calisthenics, and all lifting needs...2 things I would critique, change position of peg holes to base beams. Most half racks have that type of placement rather then of safety catches. Also the screw in j hook holder, not efficient design in my opinion. However those are two minor critiques to a very well made piece of equipment, that for the price is amazing value. Truly
