  Seller deliberately took photos avoiding showing the damage the hanging sign was broken that was so obvious he omitted this information omission is a lie. He’s done it before. Please see the photos.

  This is libellous and I intend to take it further. The buyer is obviously convinced he can tell what is deliberate and what isn't by presumably using a crystal ball or his mind-reading abilities. The fact remains that within half an hour of his raising a problem with the item he received I immediately offered him a return and refund - this is recorded in the messages section, He has also refused to return the item despite a full refund being issued and ignored several attempts to contact him.
