Useful woodturning aid
Very useful guide to enable the centre point to be marked on circular or rectangular pieces of timber which you want to turn. A line is drawn with it in two positions and where they cross gives you an accurate centre point. I wouldn't be without one.

Long lasting batteries hearing aid batteries
I have tried a few different hearing aid batteries and found these Rayovac to be the best, lasting typically a day longer than others. The packs of 60 are very good value and also like the minimal packaging used.

Very handy and compact device
The neat little controller allows me to operate my dust extractor when using various machines around my woodwork workshop and enables me to position the extractor unit out of the way and access is no longer a problem. It was easy to set up and has been reliable. Also the 2400 watt rating of the adaptorsis adequate for machines available for small workshops, which will cope with over 3 HP per unit. It would be nice if the on/off buttons were coloured red and green.
