Great Starter Detector for Older Kids or Adults
Well made and sturdy - easy to use - bought for 12 year old grandson as replacement for a kids one that didn’t detect anything much …tried it out yesterday in a field - only located some iron bolts and old tin so far but can see it has potential if you have patience ….

Made in China - Not the usual Rowenta quality...
I bought this iron as it looked similar to my previous Rowenta iron, compact and lightweight but good quality. Then I received it I realised it was made in China which was a bit of a shame as I thought all Rowenta were german made - still I thought I would keep it. But when I first went to use it I realised that although it looked the same as my old iron the part where you fill with water was a cosmetic feature and didn't actually function as an opening, and the part where you filled with water was just a really small hole, less than half the size of a 1p piece... So I returned it..
