8 PIN DIN 270° MALE PLUG CONNECTOR FOR AUDIO EQUIPMENT & VINTAGE COMPUTER SYSTEM

It's a DIN connector.

This is the correct pin layout for the RGB connector on a Spectrum +3. The plating on the solder buckets takes a while to accept solder, and the plastic moulding is very soft thermoplastic - so it's prone to the pins moving during soldering. It's easy enough to assemble and disassemble.
