New OEM Ford Volts Water Temperature Gauges e7tf-10e853-n-n

I discovered after purchasing that I no longer needed the part but I can not even resale it due to its condition.

This product was advertised as new condition. There are two parts to this product, a volt meter and a temperature gauge. The volt meter is new but the temp gauge has been removed and replaced with an old and rusty part. To remove the temp gauge the pointer needle has to be removed and reinstalled thus leaving the gauge requiring recalibration if it even works now.
