Great picture. Good sound. Great price. I'm VERY happy with this set.

I am NOT an electronics expert. My only past experiance with HDTVs has been with 2 Sony TVs. One is an older, very heavy, 32" CRT-style and the other is a 34" Bravia. Both are 5-7 years old and both still work great! This HDTV was puchased as an 'Open box' item. It is flawless as to picture quality and nearly flawless cosmetic wise. I was shown pictures of 'scuff marks' before I bid but the scuffs must show up much better on film than in up close visual because the set looks new to me. The picture quality is great and the sound is just fine w/o external speakers. I'll be getting a surroud-sound system shortly but for now the sound is good. Most of my friends' HDTVs are on a par with this set's quality. The only HDTV that I've seen with a noticably better picture was my son's Samsung 55" back-lit LCD. It's a great picture but it cost him 3 times what mine cost. DVDs look very good as does the TV signal from the antenna. Overall - I'm very happy with this HDTV.

VG quality.

The holes aligned very accurately and it looks nice. IMO, it could be a tad taller though.

I bought this book for a friend who is not 'computer friendly'. She told me what she was looking for and I did the search and purchase.
