complete aikido
hi, the first half of the book is taken up with bioghhraphy of roy suenaka, if you can over come this it then goes into techniques and traning with photos of correct method and also incorrect applications..once read i dont no which i enjoyed the most the first part with family and friends and photos or the second half of the book...overall i recomend as its obviously not aboring how to book and does have interesting infomation on some aikido organistions and how they evolved to the present day...a must read.....
