The best printer Epson ever made
4 of 4 found this helpful The best printer Epson ever made. They no longer made it. They will not even make the drivers for Vista or Windows 7. There are 1000s of owners of this priner and Epson just flat out told me they would not make the drivers. All they care about is selling their product and ink. They make good products but they do not support their customers. I have three of these printers. I have four computers and I had to put Windows XP on them to support these printers. Epson forgot that the customers kept them in business. To sum it up, great printers but poor customer service. All of their new pinters will not even print a true graysacle or black & white photo. It seems that Epson & Microsoft are forcing the public to buy new product since they will not make drivers. I might also mention all Microsoft cares about ia a dollar, for examlpe the Vista Operating system, anyone who had Vista Computer shold have got Windows 7 free to replace their screw ups.There is a new operating system called Ubuntu 9.10 thats free & all the software is free and it is a great system, all you have to do is download it. What ever happen to customer service?

GENUINE FACTORY REMOTE CONTROL & WORKS GREAT
I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL ,I HAD LOOKED AT SO MANY DIFFERENT ONES HOPING THIS WAS LIKE THE FACTORY & IT WAS, ALL I HAD TO DO WAS ADD BATTERIES & IT WORKS GREAT. THANK YOU
