  Seller took money , made shipping label and claims he did his part. After 5 days of watching the tracking and seeing USPS reporting they were waiting to receive the item I sent message to seller asking where is my item. Seller responded that "The Company is OUT OF Stock" I responded why are you selling items that are out of stock? Seller refunded my money immediately and my wife did not get her birthday present.

  This one slipped between the cracks. See my other near perfect feedback. I am an honest, hard working person. I called the customer to offer my apologies. I process the orders, and send the shipping label to the shipping department. They got back to me that the specific size of this item is now out of stock. Please read my other feedback about how incredibly fast shipping and receiving the order is achieved. I'm proud of my service, and my decades of experience with eBay. Thank you.
