    The item I got wasn't as pictured. Ends of T bar were plain & straight w/out the "ball" endings which, to me, makes them look cheap. I returned them & was refunded. Seller said on 28th of May that she didn't realise that the T bars sent out were different from the T bars in pics. If she'd known she'd have updated the pics straight away. Today, a week later, the 5th of May the pics still haven't been updated. Money can be refunded but time wasted retuning items can't. Just update pics please.

    An honest and genuine mistake. I forgot I hadn't done the photos as I have had issues, looking after my elderly mum since I immediately resolved your return. Had someone else bought the chain before I had updated the photo, I would have contacted them with the details about the slightly different T-Bar. I will simply remove the listing until I get chance to take the new photos. I am sorry I didn't do this straight away.
