Great!
Starting taking this a few years ago. After a while, maybe a month, my hairdresser said the condition of my hair was much better. Not only that, my skin was better. I suffer from dry skin and eczema too. I put it down to this product, as my diet hadn't changed. Nails strong as well. Apparently not good to put protein with sweet things though. Please do your own research.
