Solid, well built, with easy cable access
Being a straight through plug makes life a lot easier for fitting today's ever thicker cables, with no right angle bend or decreasing width inside the metal shell. And it's helped by a large hole in the locking nut and cable gland too, I was able to fit two Mogami Neglex cables through without their outer jackets (just covered in a length of heat shrink cabling. The metal socket pins are high quality and grip the tonearm pins firmly when it's pushed into place. Sound quality is good too, I noticed a lower noise floor with this plug compared to a previous moulded plastic cable, and much lower than a different right angled plug I have (which picked up a distinct phut-phut motor noise during quiet passages. None of that here! All in all very impressed and something I have no doubt in buying again.

Just like the original
This is a quality fob. The surface matches the original spare key perfectly. It has the proper Land Rover logo too. I couldn't pull the key out of my original fob, so the supplied blank was a god send! Took it and my original key round to the local car spares place and he cut the blank for me. Swapped the electronics over, pushed in the new key blade and popped in a new battery (supplied), and just like new now. One slight minus, the plastic is harder than the original, so the buttons require a firmer push to operate. You soon get used to it.

Quality spade connector
These are solid spade connectors, and unlike some others are not too big, too wide or deep, allowing a decent fit to a speaker binding post. Importantly they don’t protrude too far past the binding post, so are a better fit than some of the spade connectors on sale. The spades allow for some quite thick cable to be connected easily and are held in place with two screws. If there is a down side to them, it’s the fact that the spades themselves are separate from the cable connectors, the two screw together quite firmly, but why? I have no idea, it would be better if they were solid one piece spade and connector. They so screw together very tightly though. Overall they are the best I have come across, so far...
