  First told me family problems and didn’t send only when I asked where it was , they said would send first class . Then when I asked again said couldn’t find . No contact from them til I asked them and this took 10 days

  I never said I had family problems and I refunded as soon as I realised that the item had been packed away as we are having extensive renovations. I also offered to send the item, free of charge, once I am able to unpack it so I feel this review is harsh/unfair
