  I will start with the negative points. Item arrived late. Very, very disappointed with that as it was a gift. Tracking was issued, but stagnant with info until it was delivered Positive: Satisfied with pricing and as you were quick to get back to me Secured packaging and it is as described. Maybe suggest giving flexibility with your delivery by possibly stating 2 -4 days or so. I had ticked neutral box, but weighed up all points it was only fair to change to positive. Thank you
