All in all pretty good despite technical problems.
The story and the acting are great. Can't say the same for the editing. In The Rebels a couple of major plot points are missing and you have to figure out on your own what happened. I'm sure this was done because of time constraints but other less important scenes could have been trimmed down. The other problem was the clothing of the Virginia riflemen in The Rebels. Whoever the costume designer was did absolutely no research on 18th century frontier clothing. There is really no excuse for this because in the late 1970's, when these movies were filled, the rise in popularity of muzzleloading rifles and the material culture that went along with them meant that plenty of sound research material was readily available, not to mention authentic clothing ready to buy straight off the rack.

A very well made espionage story and period piece.
The story and the acting are excellent. I've always enjoyed British cinema, especially the works from the 1970's and early 80's. In my opinion this is a perfect example of that period.

The funniest show ever produced for television.
Benny Hill was the absolute best.
