  Seller listed item as “in really good condition only used for a week”. Received it in a disgusting state, loads of scratches and pink bacteria with green and black mould inside. This has clearly been used for more than a few months. AVOID, seller is not honest in listing items and you will only waste your time. I see they have been messing other people about too from their feedback. They also ignore any communication you send them. AVOID!!

  This item was used for a week before my cat died. It was sold months after and was sent clean. See photos to prove this. It is important to me that the buyer is happy with any purchase and I was happy to refund the buyer. The item arrived back damaged due to the lid had been pushed down onto the cable. I checked the item for scratches but could not see any. As regards to messages, I work 12 hour long shifts and cannot respond when I am at work
