  Really nice guy to deal with. Super Fast shipping. He picked up 12 used engines and was selling them as "used" and "un-inspected". I gambled and ended up with an engine with a severely rusty frozen piston inside the head and nothing moves inside the crank case. I was hoping to just do a simple rebuild and ended up with an engine that will be used for donor parts for another engine. There was water inside the cylinder , and some milkiness in the crank case. I am bum'd, but not his fault.
