USB drive functionality w/Smartphone at same time is my only issue

Sadly this system doesn't allow a Bluetooth smartphone to be connected at the same time as being able to play your music from your usb drive. It's one or the other.(maybe an update to firmware may allow this, I haven't checked yet) However the bluetooth smartphone functionality is amazing and I would rather use it anyways. Great product!

2014 Ford Fiesta Functionality seems limited.

I have a 2014 Ford Fiesta and the functionality seems very limited. I plugged it back in and the locks and caution lights work, which is the bare minimum of what needs to work, but for some reason the sync system barely recognizes any of the control buttons. The OK button works to clear alerts, but all the other buttons don't seem to work at all. If I disconnect my battery or it dies, I will loose my system time and I will have no way of reprogramming it without pulling the radio and faceplate and everything back off to reset the time and date.
