    Honestly the best USB keyboard
I'm going to be honest--I got this keyboard to use in the bath. I've ruined enough keyboards trying to dry my hands before typing that it seemed sensible to get a real water-resistant one. The silicone-encased waterproof keyboards out there may technically be more submersible, but you can't get any kind of speed on their hard-to-press keys. I didn't dunk this IN the bath while plugged in, but I certainly dripped all over it while it was connected and it worked fine. If you're looking for a keyboard you can use in the bath and not destroy, this is it. This keyboard isn't surrounded in a waterproof case, which would just be asking for some kind of crack to ruin the whole thing, but rather is designed for water to run harmlessly through it, with each circuit individually wrapped for protection. It's not only good for baths, but can survive drink spills, and yes, you can wash it when it gets grimy. It even comes with a little cleaning brush for getting under the keys. I think it was made for people with OCD who need everything they touch to actually be clean, but it's surprisingly good for slobs too. I've used other keyboards by different brands as well as another by Logitech, and I'm not sure what Logitech does differently, but their keyboards always seem to be recognized by my computer without any hassle, while with others I have to play the 'refresh device manager and cross fingers, why isn't it picking it up' game. This is truly plug and play, I stick it in and I can start typing. Other USB keyboards I've tried don't do that. Logitech keyboards do cost a bit more, but I'm beginning to realize you get what you pay for. And finally, as for how good it is to type on, it's really quite pleasant. The keys have a satisfying little clack, but aren't unduly loud. The keyboard is attractive to look at, the spacing is good, it just feels nice to type on. I don't have anything negative to say about it, I'm honestly just glad I bought it.

Ohropax Reusable Wax Cotton Earplugs Nrr 23dB (2 Pack) Deluxe Hearing Protection

    Perfect for nightly use
I use these to get a better night's sleep, since my sleep had been disturbed by noise. Before these I used foam earplugs, which pressed against my jaw joint from inside my ear and always made me sore in the morning. These are soft and moldable and don't cause soreness. They also don't block sound as well as foam earplugs, so if you need absolute silence they might not be enough. But they block enough for things to not wake me up, while letting enough sound through that I can hear my alarm. Being able to hear a little bit is actually better for me, I don't feel as vulnerable. A common criticism of these is that they make a mess on your ear or fingers. It's possible these people are sleeping in much hotter bedrooms than I am and the wax is half-melted, but I don't think it makes enough of a mess to be a problem. Just a quick swab with a Q-tip in the morning and you should be fine. They can be a little tricky to learn to use, since you have to place them in the ear and let them soften before pressing down to form the seal, and because if you seal it with too much or too little air in the ear, you can create pressure on the eardrum and wake up sore from it. Usually I break the seal right after making it, then form the seal again. They're a good value, because you can use the same plugs again and again. At some point they'll start to look dirty and you'll toss them and start on the new ones, but a box of these can last for months.
