This cream doesnt help

I hope that this cream help me because gp didnt give me anything for varicose veins and i am now really dissapointed. I bought this cream because i read positive aspects but this is not true and i waste more than 20 pound and this make me angry because i dont have a lot of money and now i feel that i waste my money...
