  Purchased a guitar which arrived with the headstock broken in half in shipping due to poor packaging. I contacted the seller twice and provided pictures of the damage requesting to return the item for a refund but I got no response. I had to have ebay step in to take care of the matter.

  Not a good experience. I purchased a lot of 29 back issues of a magazine. ‘Buy it now’ with 10 separate photos. Tracking number was provided but the items never shipped. No communication until I reached out and asked. At that point I was told that they didn’t have the items and they refunded me. Beware.
