Not impressed with the result I was looking for.

This is my second pack of this product but my nails are still breaking so I am not impressed with the product. I will use poundlands hair, skin and nail supplements instead if I don't see any improvement before I have finished this pack.

Great cold protection.

I suffer from COPD so I have to take care of catching colds. My Husband and I took these last year and we were unusually cold free even after our holiday in Tenerife in February after which we practically always come home with a cold. The delivery was excellent I would recommend these supplements to anyone..
