  Hi. I'm really sorry for the item being faulty, but I would like to point out that I did offer for you to return it and pay for all postage myself to which you responded saying no. I didn't know the product was faulty before as it worked when I tested it myself. I don't see what else I could've done except offer the refund, which I did do.
