    The item was posted and delivered. Buyer said they have not received the item!! had to refund. Post office looking into this!

    Unfortunately, wrong postcode was used on the address according to the proof of posting. We have a new postman every day. Item must have been delivered to the other address. Normally they would deliver to a car dealer and repair/body shop but I also checked with them and they said nothing for me had been delivered to them. The other postcode covers around 250 houses so it impossible to check with every house. I am sorry but I never received the item.

This shaver is not for a sensitive skin.
I purchased this shaver a few weeks a go after reserching on the net. I found my series 7 Braun which is a few years old is much better than this. I have to spend lots of time to get a close shave. Battery goes down to 20%. I was able to shave st least 3 times with a single charge on Braun 7 series. This is irritating my skin a lot. After shaving I has to use after shave and my skin starts to burn. Maybe my skin will get used to it but I am struggling at the moment.
