The item was posted and delivered. Buyer said they have not received the item!! had to refund. Post office looking into this!

Unfortunately, wrong postcode was used on the address according to the proof of posting. We have a new postman every day. Item must have been delivered to the other address. Normally they would deliver to a car dealer and repair/body shop but I also checked with them and they said nothing for me had been delivered to them. The other postcode covers around 250 houses so it impossible to check with every house. I am sorry but I never received the item.
