  The packaging was half ripped, It was not in a box how do I know if it was't used ? I payed $83.00 for my moisturizer to arrive badly packed. I'am very disappointed. Please take my experience seriously. I can only rate this item by the shipping and item description upon arrival. Thank you

  Hello, First and foremost, the item you purchased was a PR item clearly stated in the title, description and photos showing the display it comes in as well as the seal ON the item as shown in the photograph. We advise everyone to read the title, description and look at photos as that is what should be done by anyone purchasing. Secondly, the item was placed in a black bubble wrapped envelope for safe travel; if the item was damaged, you could have messaged me and I would have assisted kindly.
