Excellent!
I have always used belts in the past to keep my trousers up, which has led to frustration over and over again - they will only work properly if I tighten them to the point where it takes away my breath. This is not helped by the fact that I have very narrow hips due to a past pelvic fracture, Had I known how much more securely trousers are held in place by braces, I would have used them a long time ago. These braces seem to be of particularly good quality and they give the impression that they will last a long time, unlike another (cheaper) set that I bought a couple of weeks ago which fell apart after a few uses. The rubber grips should be particularly useful for holding the fabric securely instead of damaging it over time. Very happy with my purchase!

Solid build, disappointing beam quality
When I received this torch I was surprised by the quality, which gives the impression that this torch is made to last. However, when I compared the beam to that of a much cheaper torch which I bought in the past, I was disappointed to find out that it is considerably less bright than that of the Chinese import (unfortunately the power switch of my previous torch started jamming after a few months, which makes it virtually unusable). When I walk my dog, I like to know in advance if another dog walker is coming my way, but the beam just doesn't reach far enough for my comfort. A torch with Cree T6 LED costing £12 (or £7-8 when purchased directly from China) does a far better job, with the disadvantage that it most likely won't last. The reason why I have given the Auraglow Alphahlux G193 three stars is because it does seem very sturdy and likely to last longer than a cheaper model.
