It's bright only in a tube, but still nice
This gloss looks very beautiful in the tube, bright purple and shimmery, I wish it was even close to this on the lips, but nah. It's very sheer and gives my lips a cool pink hue with a few sparkles. Still, it's a decent gloss and I like it. It's not sticky and smells like cookies.

Very affordable and moisturizing even when used without cream

It's thicker than water and very slippery, I really don't think that applying it with a cotton pad is rational. i just cover hole with my palm, turn the bottle upside down and tap 2-3 times, then spread toner with patting motion. It's a bit sticky for a minute, while absorbing. My skin isn't driest right now, but it never feels comfortable without cream after washing my face. However, sometimes this toner alone gives my skin enough moisture and I skip cream.
Also, I didn't expect the packaging to look so good and sturdy. After all, it's a pretty cheap product for Korean skin care, and it's a good volume, too. Bottle is thick hard plastic and doesn't look cheap at all.
The only possible downside is, this toner has a perfume-y scent, that felt weird at first, because it made me think of alcohol in actual perfume. It doesn't last on the skin, but might be a NO for people who are sensitive to smells.

Pigmented, lasting, moisturizing. Love the packaging.

While it's nothing near oxblood or burgundy which I hoped for, still got to love it. The color is like a true bloody red, kinda bright, but it's not screaming scarlett red.
The concistency is goopy like a gloss, not sticky at all, and applies very evenly. This stain doesn't leave that annoying dark line where the lips touch, like Tony Moly does on some people.
It gives a beautiful juicy wet finish to the lips and i don't think it ever dries to matte on itself. Hence, it's definitely moisturizing.
It lasts through some meals, but will come off with greasy food, of course. No crazy fuschia pink pigment shows up as this stain wears off (Tony Moly, I'm looking at you again).
Reapplying is no problem, applicator is really nice, kinda heart-shaped loop. It's a great product that works both like a juicy gloss and decently-lasting stain.
