  I was Charged Twice on shipping. I ordered two strands of Swarovski Pearls to One Shipping Address. I Sincerely Don't Understand Why. I know sellers Personally on E Bay and they don't "Double" the shipping fee. As a "seller" you pay a flat rate. The Swarovski Pearls are exactly what I wanted.The tracking number said it would be here on Monday, they didn't arrive until Wednesday.
