Not long had and now blank screen

It said on main webcite comes with Warranty for 12 months. I did not receive this with phone. Now i have only had phone about 3 weeks now and its already got a fault i have tried to reset and left on charge for hours but the device continues to stay off and blank! Not happy as cost £199 :(
