For bigger sized pocket books, measurments are for books front cover.

You need to take note that these are for BIGGER sized pocketbooks. NOT for normal size. Also, the measurements are for book's front cover size. That would have been nice to know, as I have older normal-size pocketbook covers so the measurements given did fit on those, but are actually just for, like I said earlier, books front cover measurements. You need to take note also that these are very thin plastic and a bit rougher feel than if you have older Ryco covers. Being thin blastic, it is possible to change these to fit my books. I did take the size issue to the seller, but without an answer. Otherwise, shipping was quick and efficient, no complaints about that.
