Good quality!
1 of 1 found this helpful The commercial model is much better quality than the professional. However, the 8 qt bowl does not hold a bigger batch of yeast dough than the 6 qt, due to the fact that the placement of the beater is the same. Unless you dont mind taking it apart every time to clean the dough out of the shaft.
