  Despite evri messing up (they passed item to Royal Mail without postage attached so I git charged £7 extra to get it!), upon being given evidence of evri’s failing she immediately refunded the extra postage cost, so despite her being out of pocket, I got item at agreed price, she will claim back from evri!
