Wish I never bought it!!!
I have no idea why this brand is known as being such a high end name brand. I could of went to my local Canadian Tire and bought a $50 machine that would have done a better job. The only good thing I can say is that I purchased this refurbished, at a lower price then new. Very disappointed. Never again.
