accurate, so well made, and robust
bought for a AOT fan , this bracelaet was a great success. It looks as good as the photo, but is much more robust than expected, and the PU leather is so well done. The bracelet is sized to be unisex, so is fine on a thin or thick wrist. The fastening is a strong interlocking design. It is great value too. It . I reccommend it 100%.

Unique anti-cancer diet , informative, very readable
Bought for friend who'd had it recommended to treat cancer. I got a copy too and read it cover to cover. I am a scientist so I really appreciated the vast scientific details, but you can skip those and just use the so well-illustrated diet info. I bought linseed oil and mixed it with cottage cheese and pineapple, surprisingly edible!!! The diet can be combined with the newer Keto Diet. Linseed oil is claimed to be the closest to oil used in human cells. The dangers of trans-fats are emphasized. The diet is rich in good oil and good protein with minimal sugars, the Keto Diet avoids all sugars. Cancer cells feed exclusively on sugar but normal cells can feed on fats also, thus avoiding sugars can starve cancer cells. Other cancer-fighting foods are discussed in detail. There is a lot of science in this book (great!!!) which is made easy to take in by good writing, excellent layout and enjoyable diagrams. It is a pricey large softback book, but money well spent especially if you like to have facts explained, proven and referenced. Lots of great diet plans too.
