Retrowave
Everything works. Natural cosmetic flaws.
If your backlight is burnt out, replace it with "3mm" LEDs and 20ohm resistors on each positive leads and solder the wires in parallel. Solder the postive to "DC CON" or the solder pad next to GND 5 and V-SYNC. It'll be a 5V sense (meaning it'll turn on the LED when you power on the console. Use a multimeter to measure volts off and when turned on to get a better reading; I played THPS 2 for 3 hours and it didn't really get hotter than the norm). You can ground the negative to the large grounds on the other side of the motherboard, preferably the one near the screen plugs into and cover it with electrical tape.
