A brilliant old cook book
I used to own this book many years ago. Unfortunately my daughter borrowed it and lost it. It's very old fashion to todays cook books but I love the way she explains what to buy and how meat should look before buying. Great diagram about joints and what parts of the body the meat comes from. How to bake it's like she holds your hand through out all the processes. All my children learned to cook via this book and understand about food. So pleased I have managed to get another copy
