I'm sorry to say but I'm sensitive to these jelly's I fort it was a bargain buying 3 considering I cidn't find the one that suits me but this made me burn n sting inside and it's toke weeks for me pH levels to get back on track with soreness and this was not for me it might work for someone else with VG or other things but I had an allergic reaction to this and I felt ill :(
