The item is great! The seller was great! eBay messed up by using my old shipping address when the sale was finalized and never confirmed my shipping address. I already raised an issue with EBAY TEAM and they DIDNT HELPED ME WITH MY REFUND. The total cost for this phone for me is -- $270 ( $84 for the item + $25.6 for shipping + $20 new battery + $70 IMPORT customs + $ 20 service repair + $ 50 FOR RETURN SHIPMENT)!! That too for an 8-year-old phone whose cost should be $80 at max!! SELLER SHOULD HAVE TESTED THE PHONE BEFORE SENDING IT AS IT WAS MENTIONED “EXCELLENT CONDITION BRAND NEW ON LISTING” BY SELLER BUT IT WAS DEAD ON ARRIVAL!!
