Reservoir Dogs (2002, DVD) Mr Brown
This is a great movie that will be remembered for many years to come... This version is in the Mr Brown sleeve and looks fantastic. The 10th Anniversary edition could be bought for a Ltd time will different slipcovers... Mr Brown, Mr Blonde, Mr Pink, Mr Orange and Mr White... Great versions with there own inserts and all in DTS... And yes I was sad enough to buy them all........

2007 Remake.... As Good as the original??
.......Sadly not.......This is another film in the growing list of classic remakes... We've had The Hill have Eyes and Texas Chainsaw etc and this one holds up pretty well. I enjoyed Rob Zombie's Devils Rejects and knew I was going to enjoy this... For me it dragged a little towards the end, but I was watching the unrated version which is over 2hrs... It's a film of two halves really and focuses on Myers' childhood which weve not seen before. When the character finally appears I thought the part by "Nitro from WCW!" was played pretty well... Not as good as the original, but worth a watch if you are a horror fan, as there is not much suspense or jumps, but plenty of good old slasher gore... I say rent it unless you are a collector like me... I bought a version that had a ltd edition 3D slip cover..

Arnie at his Best
Ok.. If you've never watched this film and you might have stumbled across it due to the release of "Predators" you're in for a treat.. This is Arnie at his best and the story follows him and his team of specialists on the hunt for a kidnapped pair of US important "suits"... Turns out that the hunters become the hunted.. I watched this again last night in readiness to watch "Predators", which is the sequel and follows on from the story... The film I would give it a 5 all day long as the characters are superb and arnie is at his best for sure... I watched the bluray from a Japanese boxset which was superb, but be warned I have heard the transfer on the UK and USA discs is not very good.. It never was brilliant to begin with to be honest.. People can only work with what they got.. You should be able to pick this up cheap and I would recommend this classic in anyones blu-ray or dvd collection..
