  Item described as ‘excellent condition’ when in fact it was damaged. Seller refused to accept that it was damaged even when photos to the contrary show differently including those in the listing. Suggested seller reduce the price but she refused to do so. Further, tone of messages received was not understanding of my position . In sum, not impressed!; a seller to avoid.
