everything you need
The kit was complete with everything you need to restore your opener to like new operation. The parts were great quality, my only complaint is I felt the instructions could have been clearer.

intrinsically the product was good,and well represented.
The product itself is not the issue. It was used. The problem was in the way it was packed. It was severely cracked across the middle. If it wasn't damaged, it would have been fine . the carpet itself needed cleaning, otherwise it was in good shape. It was a factory carpet mat, so the quality was fine. it was expensive for what it was...

adequate construction, but metal would be much better.
the only thing I think could be better is the material it's made of. I think if it was stamped metal it would be much better, however the hard plastic seems adequate.....under stress, not so good.....(which is why I had to buy a new one.)
